1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fnd88 ("fnd88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fnd88 website located at fnd88.io, including all betting, casino, gaming, promotional, and support services offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

fnd88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fnd88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your fnd88 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. fnd88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fnd88 immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. fnd88 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

You must not use any automated software, script, bot, or other tool to access, interact with, or extract data from the fnd88 Platform. Such activity constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

fnd88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process to confirm the identity, age, and residential address of all players prior to the activation of withdrawal privileges. KYC verification is mandatory and no withdrawal request will be processed for an account that has not completed the full verification process.

As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.

Standard withdrawal processing time on fnd88 is same-day for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) submitted during business hours (06:00–23:00 BST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

fnd88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. In such cases, the player will be notified and may be asked to provide further documentation. fnd88 will not unreasonably delay withdrawal processing for verified accounts in good standing.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on fnd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). fnd88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred on their end if their payment method operates in a different currency.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fnd88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The amount of bonus funds (and in some cases the sum of deposit plus bonus) that must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) and specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino products may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting principles that apply across all fnd88 products include:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fnd88 Platform — including but not limited to the fnd88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fnd88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fnd88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the fnd88 Platform without the prior written consent of fnd88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fnd88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

fnd88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fnd88 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. fnd88 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions and to communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

fnd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of illicitly obtained funds.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to the applicable dormant account policy.
• Receipt of a lawful order from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon permanent account closure, fnd88 will return any verified, unencumbered balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to active bonus wagering conditions or pending investigation) to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to applicable processing times.
